Anti-Spam Policy

Definition of Spam: Unsolicited, bulk commercial email that
violates the rules and regulations of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
eBookGallery.com does not condone or engage in spamming practices
and has a zero tolerance spam policy.
Individuals or businesses who enter into relationships
with eBookGallery.com as affiliates, merchants, service providers, members, associates, joint venture partners
or other relationships, who choose to promote the eBookGallery.com web site, products,
services or other materials using spam will have their relationship terminated
with eBookGallery.com.
It is not our policy to act on unverified, isolated reports of spam.
We will investigate the matter ourselves and if the report is found to be accurate, we
will contact the offender and request that they cease using spam to promote our
products, services or web site. If the offender continues to use spam
despite our warning and request, we will terminate our relationship with them.

has no stipulated relationship.

are not intended for and are not permitted to be used for spamming, email harvesting
or any other unlawful practice. Individuals or businesses who enter into relationships
with eBookGallery.com as affiliates, merchants, service providers, members, associates, joint venture partners
or other relationships, who are found to be in violation will have their
relationship terminated with eBookGallery.com.
eBookGallery.com uses a registration/subscription system provided by a third
party service provider. This service records the IP address of all subscription
or registration. If an email address is subscribed or registered to our system
without the consent of the owner of the email address, the host service
from which the IP address originates may be contacted and a request
made to terminate that user.
eBookGallery.com will immediately terminate any relationship with an affiliate,
merchant, service provider, member, associate, joint venture partner or other
or any other type of relationships upon disclosure of any or illegal activity
from a reputable source of information or upon independent verification of claims
of fraudulent or illegal activity.
eBookGallery.com reserves the right to sever any relationship without notice
for any reason whatsoever without explanation.
eBookGallery.com makes every effort to maintain ethical practices and will not
knowingly become involved with any unethical or illegal activity. If you have knowledge
of such activity, please report it immediately to eBookGallery.com so we can take steps
to remedy the problem.

tools, or resources by any third party. If you have knowledge
